These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all use of the Carte Creme webshop and related services (the "Services"), operated by Carte Creme, LDA, Rua da Ribeira 20, 2460-812 Turquel, Alcobaça, Portugal.

 

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. The Services

Carte Creme provides fashion and lifestyle products through its webshop. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services at any time without liability.

 

2. Eligibility & Use

The Services are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Commercial resale, rental or other exploitation of products is prohibited without prior written consent, except for incidental private resale without a commercial character.

 

3. Orders & Contracts

Orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation. A contract is concluded only upon explicit order confirmation by email.

 

4. Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed in the webshop and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed before shipment.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are indicative. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery. Import duties, taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

6. Returns & Refunds

Pre-orders and backorders may require full payment in advance. Delivery dates are indicative and may change.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

 

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control.

 

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Courts of Portugal shall have jurisdiction where legally permitted.

 

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

 

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will apply.
