Terms of service.

Cárte Crème provides fashion and lifestyle products through its webshop. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services at any time without liability.

The Services are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Commercial resale, rental or other exploitation of products is prohibited without prior written consent, except for incidental private resale without a commercial character.

Orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation. A contract is concluded only upon explicit order confirmation by email.

Prices are displayed in the webshop and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed before shipment.

Delivery times are indicative. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery. Import duties, taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All intellectual property rights in the Services and products remain with Cárte Crème or its licensors.

Pre-orders and backorders may require full payment in advance. Delivery dates are indicative and may change.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Courts of Portugal shall have jurisdiction where legally permitted.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will apply.
